We have grown from a one-person practice with our owner and founder, to a dynamic team of over 20 therapy and administrative staff. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a meticulous and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. Our company values work-life harmony and provides the flexibility of remote work.

Competitive hourly rate of $38 + superannuation
Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, including aged receivables
Managing payroll using Xero and/or Employment Hero
Managing aged receivables
Managing a KPI dashboard using Excel
Managing cash flow projections
Reconciling bank statements
Completing Business Activity Statements and Income Activity Statements
Preparing relevant information to provide accountant for taxation purposes, including payroll tax
Providing administrative support with reception as required to ensure efficient office workflow
Managing funding requests and submitting payment requests within various Health and Disability systems, including NDIS, Medicare, Workers’ Compensation and Private Health Insurance
BAS Agent Certification qualification
Cert IV Accounting and Bookkeeping
Previous bookkeeping experience
Experience in maintaining financial records
Familiarity with financial regulations and legislation
Proficiency in using accounting software (Xero)
Competent with the Microsoft suite including EXCEL
Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Good understanding of accounts payable/receivable and payroll procedures
Able to work independently, be flexible and willing to take on responsibilities
Ability to work to deadlines, continually improve and embrace change, staying connected with the evolving world of technology
Familiarity with Health and Disability systems
