- Specialised Caseloads: Dive deep into niche areas like mental health, persistent pain/fatigue, and chronic conditions.
- Meaningful Work: Empower clients across multiple life stages to overcome barriers and participate in what matters most to them.
- Flexible Work Options: Enjoy true work-life harmony with flexible arrangements, including work-from-home and clinic-based work in our various Perth locations: Mount Lawley (Head Office), Joondalup (Perth North), Bibra Lake (Perth South), Midland (Perth East), and Cottesloe (Perth West). You'll also have the opportunity to conduct community visits across your local area in Perth and telehealth sessions for rural and interstate clients.
- Burnout Prevention Model: Our full-time caseloads are capped at 25 client hours per week (inclusive of travel and reporting), with a focus on regular time off and balanced caseloads.
- Clinical Excellence: Access supervision for Better Access for Mental Health Endorsement and develop high-level skills in your chosen areas of practice.
