With over 27 years of experience in administration, Arden has developed a strong foundation in organisation, communication, and problem-solving. Over the years, she has worked across a variety of industries and roles, handling everything from front desk reception and office coordination to team support, scheduling, and client communication. Her attention to detail, calm under pressure, and ability to juggle competing priorities have made her a go-to person in every team she’s been part of.
Now, in her role as a Customer Care Team Member, Arden brings all of that experience and her natural warmth and empathy into every customer interaction. She genuinely enjoys helping people, making sure they feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Arden is a proud mum to three amazing daughters, a wife to her wonderful husband, and a dog mum to her two gorgeous pups, Rashi and Becky. Life is full and very busy but she wouldn’t have it any other way!
