Jacintha, our Director and a seasoned Occupational Therapist, is dedicated to empowering adults with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder (HSD), other hypermobility conditions, and associated co-morbidities. With over 20 years of experience, she focuses on addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals living with these conditions, including persistent pain, fatigue, sleep disturbances, mental health issues, and limitations in daily function and quality of life.


Drawing on her extensive clinical skills and personal experience with hypermobility conditions, Jacintha provides compassionate and evidence-based care. Her therapeutic approach incorporates a range of strategies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), occupational therapy-based self-management techniques for pain and fatigue, sleep and sensory interventions.


As a member of the EDS Society, the Australian Pain Society and OT Australia, Jacintha is passionate about breaking down barriers and supporting individuals with hypermobility conditions to achieve their full potential. She offers convenient telehealth appointments to ensure accessibility and flexibility for her clients.
